This is how we plan to turn Minnesota Red in the 2026 midterm elections. We plan to put $500,000 into three Senate Districts that border CD4. They include White Bear Lake (SD36), Stillwater (SD33) and Afton (SD41). These senate districts are swing districts. If we can flip 2,000 democrats or independents that typically vote DFL, we can win one Senate seat and two House seats. We are looking for 50 individuals, PACS, or organizations to donate $10,000 each to CD4.
How will we spend the money?
Vote Red Instead Digital Micro Targeted Campaign
We will put $150,000 into a micro targeted digital ad campaign called “Vote Red Instead”. From June through August we will carpet bomb digital media in the three swing districts with a one minute ad that contains Paul Wikstrom the US House candidate and the Senate District candidates for MN Senate and the two house district candidates.

Localized Print Voter Guide
We will publish a Senate district newspaper style voter guide that will only carry Republican candidates. We will include all the statewide candidates and all the down ballot candidates including school board and city offices. We will deliver this to every door. $150,000

We have opened a Victory Office in CD4. We are recruiting paid field staff from all over the state. Boots on the Ground is an Uber Style scheduling, time keeping, and payment system. We will use this together with Adopt a Precinct program we will have busloads of door knockers, callers, and lit droppers. All concentrated in the three swing districts.
